Refunds

• Quarterly and yearly plans: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the payment — whether it was your first payment or a renewal you forgot to cancel.
• Lifetime plans: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of buying.
• After 14 days, payments aren’t refunded, but you can cancel a quarterly or yearly plan at any time so it doesn’t renew.

Email support@tryquire.com from the address you bought with, or use the link in your Polar receipt. You don’t need to explain why. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar, our payment provider; how long the money takes to appear depends on your bank.

Polar emails you a receipt for every payment, with a link to manage your plan. Cancel from there at any time; you keep your paid features until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews after that.

Your account switches back to the free plan automatically, usually within a minute. Everything you’ve created stays in your browser and stays printable; templates and features that need a paid plan go back to being previews.
