Short answerSeveral invoice generators make a free PDF without an account: Invoice-Generator.com is the quickest, invoice.Now has the most layouts, ZeroForm keeps data in your browser, and Quire makes exact A4 invoices you can also send as a link, without uploading anything. Zoho Invoice and Wave are free too but need an account; they add reminders and bookkeeping.

A client asked for an invoice an hour ago. You don't want a trial, a password or a newsletter. You want a PDF that looks like it came from a real business.
