How it works in Quire

1. 01

   Type the invoice

   Your name, the client, the lines and the total. The A4 page sets itself as you type.

2. 02

   Add your payment link

   Open Payment QR and paste a payment link (PayPal.me, Stripe, Wise, Razorpay) or a UPI ID, or upload the QR your bank gave you.

3. 03

   Download or send

   Save the PDF or copy a share link. The QR prints on a stub beside your payment details, with the amount under it.

What you get

• No watermark across the page. Free PDFs carry a small Quire credit line at the foot; Pro removes it.
• Any payment link works. Quire makes the QR from whatever you paste, so the money goes straight to you. Quire never touches it and takes no fee.
• Exact A4. The PDF is the preview, to the pixel, so the QR stays the size you saw.
• Any currency, with tax lines, deposits and payment terms. In India, pick INR and the GST presets appear.

Questions

Can I add a QR code to an invoice for free?

Yes. The payment QR is on the free plan. Paste a link or UPI ID, or upload your bank's QR image, and it prints on the invoice.

What can the QR code link to?

Anything your client can pay through: a PayPal.me link, a Stripe or Razorpay payment link, a Wise request, or a UPI ID. Very long links may be too long for a clean QR; Quire tells you if so.

Does Quire take a cut of the payment?

No. The QR opens your own payment link, so your client pays you directly. Whatever fee your payment provider charges still applies.

Do I need to sign up?

No. You can make, download and share invoices without an account.

Is there a watermark?

No watermark across the page. The free plan adds a small Quire credit line at the foot of the PDF. Pro removes it, from ₹259 a month in India.
